How open is the code? we are developers and I'm specing a system that collects data but also shows the users the results! it is somewhere between SurveyForce and The quiz system! and I was thinking of using your brilliant survey tool to collect the data but then using math at the end to create a chart of the results.

Our graphs are made in pchart library, which is php library.
The survey is not intended to show individual results, it's main purpose is to gather the combined info and opinions.

Can this be edited to use the opensource flash graphs and also not just show the "group results but and individuals results as well.

I gave you a reply in your ticket, but will post my answer here too in case it might be helpful for someone else.

Graphs can be shown not in the report, but on the last page of the survey. They display the combined results for all participants who took this survey. You can also view such graphs from your Back End: go to List of surveys > select the needed survey > View Results

The reports are created only as PDF or CSV format and can be done as graphs as a customization

Is there anyway to produce a Pie chart or bar graph report natively with Survey Force? If not are there any third party plugin's that would do the trick?

Hi I need to add individual points to each defined scale item and collect them for reporting. How much would cost me to have it developed by you. I need also to include thoose points in the reports. Is it possible also to extend reporting capabilities in the system to group them by sections and get avarge score based on collected points against number of given answers?

I've read a lot and tried a lot to no avail.

When trying to download the reports from surveyforce I get:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 33554432 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 262144 bytes) in ....

php information in Joomla says - memory_limit is set to 32M
phpinfo.php is showing to 128M

Still getting the error.
Need to get the data out and starting to get to a critical point.

Running V2.2.3 - does upgrading effect data ?

I have some problems when I generate a CSV Report in Advanced Report.

The CSV file contains at the the first line all wording of questions comma-separated.

The following lines contains the questionnaries answers. But the order of the answers columns does not match with the first line with wording of questions. The answer does not match with the question wording at same column.

So, I cant export de questionnaire results to an other sistem that will analize the data of the answers of the questionnaire.

I need that de CSV lines with answers match with the first line with de questions wording. For each line with questionaire answers, for each question without answer, the column will have a "blank" comma-separated value, with the objective that each column of the lines with questionaire answers match with the each column of the first line that contains the questions wording. I need a simple report that de columns are the questions and the lines are the questionaires answers. And the CSV report doesn't generate this simple report. What this CSV advanced report actualy generates doens not have any semantic meaning.

If you can't help-me, please refund me of the purchase of this componet.

There's the line № 124:

Comment it with // at the beginning of it or just delete it.

This question can be done only as a custom development. It's necessary to create special type of question for it. As it's new question type, it's possible to painted the columns in various colours.

What concerns your question - "user can ADD an item": is it fine if the 1st variant is done as input box in List of features, where a user can enter the name of feature and mark what's required in the rest of columns?

It's not clear its view in the report. Would you please clarify?

On demo16.joomplace.com there's no bug during survey question copying.

The lastest version on my Members Area is "UNZIP_ME_FIRST_com_surveyforce 3.0.0 (GNU).zip (1.38 MB)"
So, I downloaded and re-installed it, but this bugfix doesn't work. The "index2" error persists!

And answering your question: No, I don't choose "Single voting - Replace answers". I choose "Single voting - edit answers" option! And it didn't work!

I will make more tests. You can help-me describing all steps about this feature. So I can teste it!
