Hi,

I've bought your component many months ago, and i just take time to install it this week ...

But i get into problems ...

Apparently there is mootools version issue ...

My website already use mootolls for various html and ajax functrionnalities.

When i publish the module, i get into javascript errors :

So it's most likely that one of your many scripts is causing a conflict. The current installed version on my site is : 1.0.2

Is it the last one ?

What i done is commenting your mootools.js call in the mod_customerswhobought.php file :

Because if i don't do that others module that use mootools don't work anymore.

My mootools version is 1.2.0

var MooTools=

and yours is

var 
MooTools={version:"1.2dev",build:"1381"};

The main problem is that there is no reference to Ajax object in my mootools.js file.

I can't give you an access to the administration backend because the website is a production online shop and there is security issues.

Was it possible to have a newer mootolls version that comply both yours an my modules ?

Hi Alain!
The latest version is 1.0.6 so you should probably upgrade.
You should be able to find the latest archive in your members area (the Download button), the component is now encoded with ioncube so pls check our Requirements page to get some instructions on how to install the ioncube loader on your server.

And the component does not use Mootools, but uses jquery-1.2.6 in the Mootools-compatible mode.

I've download and install the 1.0.6 component & module, and installed the license key without any problem.

But when i publish the module i get

On my page at the place of the module should appear ...

Apparently when getting html source code, got this print_r image and then javacsript code. I attach html source to this post.

If you provide the temporary admin access to support@joomplace.com together with the thread link, we'll set it up although it's not the component's flaw actually. kind regards!

Come back on, this problem after some weeks ...

I've found the last problem.

There is a print_r trace on the mod_customerswhobought.php file at line 130 ...

I've comment this line and every things ok withthis problem !

But get into other problems.

Now, when i publish the module and go to a product page that i know product was buy today, nothing appear ...

I've import all the products in the jos_vmscrollbar table.

Hi!
As long as you modified the code, we're not sure whether you have a standard or a modified version, that's why we'll need a temporary admin access to your site to check it and fix. Please provide it to support@joomplace.com together with this thread's link.

And the principle of how the module-component operates:
If together with the product where we are now other products were purchased (meaning one order), then they will be shown in the module.

What a pain !

As i previously write, i can't give you an admin access to the site for security reasons.

I can't mind you can't understand that ...

Also, i can't understand what a joomla admin access will give you as i gave you parameters of your components and firebug races ...

It's kind of a poor compmonent if we can't install it wihtout you access or modify your scripts !

The only things i can do is setting up a mirror site and give you joomla access to it.
