We had a similar issue some time ago, but we were not able to replicate it and the client did not send the screens shot..sorry but just as a reminder..was it you or another client? If it was another one, would you be able to provide to support@joomplace.com the admin access to your site and this thread's link? We'll try to replicate this again.. Kind regards!

The ticket number is RPDM-2616. I currently have this plugin unpublished. So if you login you will need to publish the plugin. Thanks.

So I guess in that post it was agreed that you should wait for the update that we'll be trying to make asap. Am I being correct? Kind regards!

Ann OFFLINE Moderator Posts: 2601 Karma: 29	As far as I can see you now have JCE version 1.1.1 installed on your site. The plugin is compatible as stated on the site with JCE versions 1.1.x (starting from 1.1.8). Please update the JCE version. Kind regards!
