On my homepage where I have joomladraganddrop set up my first module is the main content. This is a recent addition I use. For this main content I normally have 2 articles I revolve. when either one of the articles has video embedded(in either the intro or just the main body) I get an error when I try to them move the position of this module as a user in the front end.

Most videos I have emebedded are either You tube videos or a hwdvideoshare video embedded player.

The error states an error is found and that the browser will close. It hangs for 30 seconds gives me the choice to inform microsoft (which I do) and then shuts the browser. Ouchh!! I could not cut and paste the error message for some reason. Sorry

Doesn't happen in firefox. Any ideas as most of my articles have a video within the body content?

You can try to give this a go to replicate it by by going to my homepage and trying to move "Featured Articles" down the page. Although the content revolves so you may hit it with no video in it

Last thing. Any of the other modules down the page don't seem to be affected.

Hold off on this for the moment. I may have posted prematurely. I'm on my work pc using ie6 and I had the same fault. I removed the frontpagebaner mambot as a new idea and this seems to fix the problem.

This mambot allows you to put a banner advert at the bottom of the first page of any article.

This is less serious of a problem (my inventory is low right now) and I would suggest it worked as a future release scenario. I will post later when home when I try this on ie7 to see if the same fix worked.

It was as I thought. Unpublishing the frontpagebanner mambot for my first module supporting the main home page content stopped the crashing occuring on both ie6 and 7.
