Hi, I have just installed Room Booker version 1.9 along with ION cube loader version 1.9 on a windows server runing PHP5.2 and Joomla 1.5 . The License Manager component downloaded from your site confirms all is OK and through that I then install a trial license which runs until the 27th October. When I go through the Joomla admin screens to configure the component I simply get a blank screen. I have changed the site configuration to report any errors but none are returned. Can you help please?

Ann OFFLINE Moderator Posts: 2601 Karma: 29	Hi, unfortunately it's hard to tell without looking what could be wrong and where to check: the problem can be in the component, but can as well be something else. The ioncube loader may be incorrect or incorrectly set up, that's one guess..

Is there a version number of the ioncube loaders that I can check? Should I de-install and re-install? Is there any compatibility issues between Room Booker and Ioncube loaders?

Ann OFFLINE Moderator Posts: 2601 Karma: 29	Hi, you need to either install Apache and not IIS and Ioncube should install and run then ok, or get a hosting plan since the site will be live someday and test Ioncube there. Kind regards!

Although the docs say this should work with IIS, I have built an Apache server and have now successfully got the ioncube loaders installed. Unfortunatley now, my trial license has expired. Can I get this renewed so I can test the product before purchase please?

As soo as I try and access the component as an administrator I now get Fatal Error: Class mosMenuBar not found in .... . Any ideas?

...when I try Room Booker Configuration

...when I just try Roombooker, all under the components menu item, logged in as administrator

And it is most likely that the errors pop up because of some third party plugin installed on your site. Please check if the archive will eliminate the errors.
