Hi,

I was trying to find out how to add Help/tooltip/some text (other than question) that may help solving the question.

Adding htlp/tooltip is supposed to be basic requirement of any survey.

can you use a Boilerplate type of question?
this is a question type that doesn't require any answering, please check on it, and let me know if it won't suit you.

I added Boilerplate type question, but its not appearing in the survey (question is published). I even tried to add page break before and after the question, but in vein.

Can you show the link to the survey?
or possibly provide the admin access to your site for us to check?

It is our development server, so you can make any modification.
Only registered users can access the survey.

the question is actually showing (see attached image), what browser are you using?
but the weird thing is that it inserts the page breask before and after it, whereas it shouldn't.

Could you please send us the FTP access to your site (support@joomplace.com) or the export of this survey database tables?
We'll be able to fix it then.

If I already submitted a survey and then add new questions to the survey, these doesn't appear in the survey for the same User. That was the cause that boilerplate questions were not appearing.

I believe this question is solved. Still it would be a great feature if you provide additional field to display some help to the user with the question (I am going to add it to wish list). I used an image with the question and showed Title tooltip with that image.

Anyway, You can download any latest joomlapack backup file from the server.

I believe this question is closed as far as BoilerPlate questions are not appearing.

My option for Registered User Survey is: Single Voting - Edit Answers.

So if I already submitted a survey, and then I add more questions, no ADDED question appear in the survey for me (if already submitted the survey once).

I logged this bug in another question yesterday.

please redownload the archive from the members area, and reinstall it will contain the fix for when users don't see new questions if the edit answers option is inabled for the survey.

The boilerplate question however is shown on your site, what browser did you use when it's not showing?
The weird thing however - and I wrote you yesterday about that that the page breask are not working correctly on your site - but to check that we'll need the FTP access. Could you send it to support@joomplace.com together with this thread's link?
