I added "www." in front of "Domain Name:" in the "General" tab of the configuration page. It popped right up after that. Hope that helps.

After some testing, this is a little deeper than just adding www to the domain as I mentioned in my previous post.



The name given in the address bar must match the domain entered in the component configuration. If you have yourdomain.com in the configuration and in the address bar, everything works fine. The same if you use www.yourdomain.com. The problem arises when you have a mismatch, like yourdomain.com in the component configuration and www.yourdomain.com in the address bar.

At first, I thought this may be because DNS was not configured to acknowledge both www and non-www domains. This is not the case however. My domain resolves both ways, but the component doesn't recognize that both www.domain.com and domain.com are the same domain.
