I was getting the same message error but was able to fix it by looking at the logs in the FMS. The problem was in the joomla Live Conference configuration, most severs require the full path to the application example in the Flash server URL: rtmp://flashserverdomain.com/liveconf_app
but Live Conference has already the path defined therefore you only need to add rtmp://flashserverdomain.com

I would also suggest to have a look at the main.asc in the application folder and replace the URL \"joomlalms.com\" with your site's URL.

Hi!
In most cases the problem was in the incorrect configuration of the path to the application.
Have you chacked the suggested above points and double-checked the settings?

Again, if you are able to provide us with the temporary admin access (sent to support@joomplace.com with this thread's link) we'll have a look and we'll be able to tell you what's wrong.
