We're about to buy more licenses to have more sub-sites working with this component, but first we need to change the test domain to point it to our internal acceptance domain. I notice that we can't edit it. Can you pls enable it to be changed?

Not sure if the change made was correct.

The main domain should remain raizesdatecnologia.com.br. The change we wanted was in the test domain where raizes.pro.br should be changed to aceite.pro.br.

Another doubt: this test server will run as raizes.aceite.pro.br. Should the test domain be changed to that?

I trust you will be cautious with this as we cannot afford to have the system down for a minute.

Hi,
we do not process support during weekends so apologies for the delay.

I changed your main domain back to raizesdatecnologia.com.br and cleared the test domain so you can generate a license fiel yourself.
As for the domain which it should be, try installing our license manager, and it will show you what domain should the license file be for. You can find the manager either in your Members Area or on the Requirements page.

Thank you. Unfortunately the license did not work and this attempt generated a much bigger problem. Users are reporting that they are being presented a page that mentions an invalid license file.

Question 1: On the members area I noticed that the number of sites that can be managed through this component was 50 and I had the option of upgrading it to 200, which I did. As far as I remember we had already configured that in the past. Was there any change? What is our current limit?

Question 2: We run an older version of site manager on J1.0. Would that be the reason why the test domain is not working? On the license manager component, the site manager component is not listed in the same way as it does on a J1.5.

Can you please help us asap?

Just an update: I think we solved question number 2 above. We (1) uninstalled site manager and the license manager and (2) installed the latest version of site manager and license manager subsequently. It is working now.

Now only question number 1 is pending.

you have three products in your members area,
one site manager copy is not licensed yet, it's for 10 subsites.

The one that is already licensed is for 200 sites, you can see that if you go to Edit license link.

No, the test license should only allow you to create 5 subsites,
and a license for the main domain will count 200 that do not include these 5.

For some reason our test domain stopped working and is complaining about the license. Upon entering your site, I've just found that my members area is empty (no components are listed as purchased). Can you please check this urgently? We are unable to develop maintenance changes to our site without this.

Hi Mauricio,
your test license was valid until 2010-02-12, that's why it behaves this way. You don't see the components in your members area as they were purchased more than a year ago.

But the workaround is quite simple: please go to:

or proftp version here www.joomplace.com/multisites-site-manage...manager-proftp.html, download the component and reinstall it. Since the new version of the site we decided to lay out these component for public. The new archive doesn't require a license.
