Extracted the delivered zip file, as the zip file contact a folder and a txt file. 2. Then I created a zip file of all the contents that were in the folder. Once I did that the install was successful.

Hans Kind OFFLINE Fresh Boarder Posts: 3 Karma: 0	Hello, I'm not sure what you mean? I got a com_mscontrol.zip file. That zip file holds a text file in the roor, and in the com_mscontrol directory a number of php files, 1 xml file and a gif file. There is no other zip file. Please note, I did extract the master file, and was able to install com_desitemanager_proftp withou any problems. rgds Hans Kind

Then you can upload it on server. But before please delete directory \"com_mscontrol\" form \"you_site\administrator\components\" and \"you_site\components\".
