When I copy content from my primary sites to my secondary sites, it changes permissions somehow so that I get \"not authorized to see\" errors. Permissions are still set to \"public\". Help!

The component has \"autopublish\" parameter in its configuration. You should turn it on if you want the content being published after copying.

The problem is not whether or not the copied material is published. The problem is that the new material when published generates the following error...

You are not authorised to view this resource.
You need to login.

I have set all the parameters to \"public\" but I still get this message.

If I log in as administrator I can see the new published materials, but I want the public to be able to see it.

The parent site where the orginal is not not have this problem and the public can access it.

We have several issues with MS Control and will provide a fix.

Has this been sorted out? On the weekend I changed from an IP_number to a www.named_machine ( it is the same machine ) an now no one outside of Administrators can access the surveys. Do I need to delete the tool and reinstall and recreate all the surveys?
