hello all,
i have a website, where all my users are currently registered.
this is the "main site". i plan on opening now a community portal, and i want to have all my users shared between the main site and my sub site. from what i understood, i only need to install the single signon component on the main site. so i did this, went to the sitemanager, and inserted the main site. now when i try to add subsites, it tells me i need another license. where did i get it wrong?

hello ann,
thank you for the support!
just a quick question.
when someone registers on the main site, i have seen that they are also enrolled in the subsite. the only problem is that in the subsite, their user by default is inactive. i want this whole process to be automatic, so when a user registers and activates the account on my main site, i need the user to also be approved automatically on the subsite.

Hi!
Have you installed the plugin:
desitemanager-cb-user-plugin-2.1.0.zip if you use CB
or desitemanager-joomla-user-plugin-2.1.0.zip if you don't use CB?

Have you installed com_desitemanager_login-2.1.0.zip on the subsites?

Having this same issue with trial version, trying out single signon component before i buy.

Hi,
the issue reported by the 'ofer' user occurred because he was using JomSocial on the subsite.
Our component works with CB as stated in its description. Can you please confirm that you use CB and installed the necessary __plugin-2.1.0.zip and __login-2.1.0.zip archives?

are you using CB on both main and subsites?
otherwise pls report what user management component you're using.

do you use CB on main and subsites?
if not - what user management component is it?
