We are going to change our webserver due high traffic to a server with better performance.
All Joomla installation mirroring is done. New server has same Name as old one.
www.(domainname).net - on IP xx.yy.zz.aa

So far so good.

If we go on and do administration in the backend with address:

www.(domainname).net/administrator/index2.php?option=com_mssubscriptionpro&task=license
We will see OK ... your license is registered to ....

now administration by accessing with IP-address ( same domain)
xx.yy.zz.aa/administrator/index2.php?option=com_mssubscriptionpro&task=license

now license is invalid and I cannot see the subscription.

So will it work or not. Why is there a difference between these 2 access methods ? Both is on the same webserver and same component.

I guess it will work, but for all reasons we stay on the old machine, until this issue is solved.

Please let us know your IP address we'll generate a license that will work on both the domain and IP address (you can mail it to support@joomplace.com).
