This question is about a problem in the user access to a SurveyForce Deluxe survey. My survey consists of about 20 questions, many of them Likert Scale type. Everything worked initially just fine.
However, then I added entries in "Don't show this question if:" and linked this to a Likert Scale question. After that, none of the Likert scale questions this entry was pointing to could be answered anymore. The program did not allow the survey participant to select any answers in this particular question.
Any tips? Thank you.
