TOPIC: No License File Found

No License File Found 1 year, 11 months ago #12121

Hi

Having bought SurveyForce Deluxe i was expecting that if I look under the About > License File section, I would see that I had a registered version, this is not the case, am I missing something and if so how do I get it. I have just logged into the members area and checked out the ZIP and cannot see anything additional such as an 'install me I am a license file' type of thing.

I, too, purchased the product this evening and am without a license. I have checked through the other threads, have searched heaven and earth for the license manager, have looked with fine detail the members area page to see if I am missing the license .zip file -- nothing. Kinda of a let down - wanted to get started. Like a kid in a candy store -- he can go in -- but can't touch.

Hi,
if you've just purchased the component you don't need any kind of license file to use it. Just install it and that's it. The license file section wasn't removed when we moved to GNU compatible licenses - it was previously necessary to upload the license file, not anymore.
Apologies for that, we'll redo this to avoid confustions.

I don't have any license too.

If i understood well you send a license to install by mail before ? Because I'm the webdesigner and the client put his own adress on the account so i didn't received your mails.
In the install pack I downloaded here, there is only the component and the plugin. After install it's not under any license.

I can't find the Questions page, is it because the license is not turned "On" ?

I'm in hurry with this website !!! 900 visitors on a buzz, please help me quick !

Yes, there is a component and a plugin in the package, that's correct. You don't need a license file to make it function. We'll later redo the license page as it now confuses customers.
What questions page you can't find?
All questions of the survey are stored at the link /administrator/index2.php?option=com_surveyforce&task=questions&surv_id=1
please explain what page you mean.
