Your product looks great.
I just have one question before buying SurveyForce:

If I create a first page with the following list of items (see below) type pickmany :

item 1
item 2
item 3
item 4
item 5
...
Other (input box) --> CustomItem


Assuming the person selected Item 1 ,Item 5 and Other

Is it possible to have on the next page a likertscale with only items selected on page 1?
Does information entered in the input box on page 1 can be shown as a question option on page 2?

The result would be:

Item 1
Item 5
CustomItem

Hi,
no that is currently impossible to do so, as you can see the full present functionality and play with it on the demo site.

That will require custom modification that will take approximately 6 development hours (at an hour rate $35) not including modifying reports and charts at the end of the survey.
Let me know if you're gonna be interested in that.

If I buy Surveyforce deluxe today with the customization when do you think the dev will be done?

Hi Nicolas,
the charts and graphs modification for these needs will take another 3 hours,
and each report will take 2 hours (there are several kinds of reports in teh component).

But please check them - doubt that you will use all of them at once, so no need for the additional cost.

As for the development we usually start the work within 3 business days after the payment is made. There is no need to contact us by phone but please write to our helpdesk to support@joomplace.com and let us know what exactly the modification should include and if you agree for teh cost.
I'll provide you a link to pay for the custom dev. services and we'll proceed with this.

Please also put a link to this thread in teh email so we have a reference.

I bought this component, installed it, DID not work!!

They should offer a trial version to see if the component will work on your system.


I have requested support all week long with no Answers to my problems. This isn't a cheap component and the least you would expect is some support!
