Hi, I've followed all the steps to setup Synchronize CB users. Installed on first site (component, module, plugin) and on the second site (component, module, but no CB plugin as instructed). The sychronization works fine between the two as long as the default user to copy is registered.

My problem is as follows:

When users register on my site I want them to be authors by default. So I change the setting in the Joomla configuration and in Sync CB configuration so new users are also 'Author'. However when I try registering I get a error that says "Duplicate entry '19--454' for key 1 SQL=UPDATE jos2_core_acl_groups_aro_map SET group_id = 19 WHERE aro_id = 454" and then in Components > Community Builder > User Management I see two users created, one as 'Registerd' and another as 'Author' and to top it off the new user isn't copied to the subsite either.

Awaiting a response or further instructions on how to fix this issue,

This is very weird, the problem lies in the fact that somehow there were created 2 records in the table _core_acl_groups_aro_map for the same one user.

We can't now say for sure why that happened, we need to dig into the problem on your site (for now we have only 1 assumption that maybe you reinstalled the component and it happened that 2 our CB plugins were installed on the site).

We checked it locally - everything works fine.

Would you be able to provide us with the temporary admin access to your site? and it would be perfect if we had the FTP and database access as well. You can send those to support@joomplace.com together with this thread's link.

Hello again, well I tested out your theory (yes, I did install the component twice, though I thought I had uninstalled it completely) and took a leap of faith on my production sites.

Turns out it worked without a hitch. However i'm still vexed as to how and why it isn't working on my preproductions sites and i'm sure your team would also like to know. I can give you admin access to the sites and MySQL DBs but FTP access will have to wait till I can get it authorized by my superiors.

Would you like me to PM you the access information anyway or wait till I can an FTP account authorized for you guys as well?
