I'd tested setting up a main site and a subsite on my localhost. Everything works well.

However, when I shift to an online host, the synchronized login cannot work. I'd checked the subsite configuration; all tested ok.

When I click on the link i.e.
mymainsite/index.php?option=com_sync_cb_users&task=login_query&query_id=2

I get the error below...
Fatal error: Call to undefined method JException::setQuery() in mymainsite/components/com_comprofiler/plugin/user/plug_cbusersync/usersync.php on line 384

How to solve this issue? Please help...

Hi,
it's most likely that the component could not connect to the subsite because the class necessary for the work with database was not created.

To check that we'll need the temporary admin access to your site to see the settings. You can submit a ticket in our helpdesk to provide that info. Please add a link to this thread there for us to keep track of the issue.
