I just mentioned I downloaded it from my member area and told you which files I installed. Ok I will reinstall the com_testimonials1.0.11(GUN).zip again has I do not think it will work due to installing it with no problem before. Will see and will get back to you on this if it worked.

Yup just reinstalled the com_testimonials1.0.11(GUN).zip file and I told you it did not work because i still see NO en-GB.com_testomonials.ini file Can you just email me en-GB.com_testomonials.ini file and I can just uploaded it to the language folder. It will be easier this way.

There's this file in the archive. It should be in the folder <site root>\language\en-GB\, please check it.

Ok I just reinstalled the file for again for 2nd time the file com_testimonials1.0.11(GUN).zip file which you have mentioned and when I did that I went to my language/en-GB/ folder and finally see the com_testomonials.ini file so yes I see the file now finally. I will edit the form and see if it will update the form. I will let you know if anything happens.

Ok I just edited the fields and did not even updated the fields when I uploaded back to the Language folder. Also was very strange my Admin Email notification works now when I uploaded the com_testomonials.ini file. very strange maybe this is why my admin notification was not working when I did not have my com_testomonials.ini file before.
