Hi

I have a trial version of the Testimonial Component, which has installed fine however I have one problem.

I have added two testimonials which are displaying in a module, but the transition means that the testinonials display for about 2 seconds each and then there is a huge delay while the module is blank before the testimonials appear again briefly before disappearing again. I have the timer set at 20 seconds but it seems to have no effect.

Does have anyone have any idea what I've done wrong?

I'd be grateful for any ideas.

Hi Davy!
From the first glance it seems that the colors are messed up, you need to have the following settings:
Link colors: Start 0-0-0 (or your color) End 255-255-255
Fade colors: Start 0-0-0 (or your color) End 255-255-255

If you save those and the issue remains, would you be able to provide us with the temporary admin access to the site? You can mail it to support@joomplace.com togehter with this thread's link.

The default install has the fade start and end colours the other way round, giving that strange effect.

Thank you for this post. I have applied the fix, however, IE7 browser seems to display blank pages.

where as in Firefox, its scrolling through fine.

Is there a tweak for IE.

btw, this component is so good.
