TOPIC: error messagebox00:00

I was installed Joomla Quiz Deluxe and make one test quiz, however when I want to see the quiz in the site i only see the follow message:

Was the old version of our component installed?
Perhaps, you updated the version 2.5.0, where the quiz templates were changed, those files weren't updated (it might be because of permissions on record).

If you installed the component first time, please provide the temporary admin access and FTP access. You can send it to www.joomplace.com/helpdesk/index.php together with this thread's link.
