Must-read: New site and innovations @JoomPlace

Dear customers and visitors,
we are pleased to announce our innovations done on the site. We hope it will become more user-friendly and facilitate your work with it. From the start you can see our new design with the modified navigation. We believe now it will be a lot simpler to find the component you're interested in, and to contact us in case you haven't found the answer to your questions on the site.

Furthermore, we've changed our licensing system: we now introduce the subscription system where you can subscribe to either a copy for 1 domain, or a copy for unlimited number of domains. The subscription is valid for 1 year and will guarantee you the updates for the component, bug-fixes and support within a year since the date of subscription. Once your subscription expires, you may prolong it for another year, or not. If you choose not to do it your Members Area will continue to store the version that was the latest at a point of the last day of your subscription.

We provide support as we do it usually on the forum and in the helpdesk system. We as a rule guarantee the answer within one business day, but if a customer chose to add the 1st priority support service we guarantee the answer within 4 hours that cover our working hours (11 am - 7 pm GMT+2).

We've created a section of free extensions where you can download the suggested freeware in case you need those components. If you believe that you need any of that component but it doesn't fully meet all the requirements you may contact us and we'll make the needed functionality for you as custom development. All our components are from now on compliant with GPL.
