With this Joomla! testimonials component your site or web shop visitors can leave their feedback about your service or products. You will be able to add a page with testimonials on your site or a Testimonials module to pages where necessary.

This is Joomla! 1.5, 1.6 and 1.7 native extension. The component supports Joomla! 1.6 Advanced Control Levels.

FEATURES

Customers feedback is a powerful way of service quality improvement. Collecting testimonials helps much to find out what people want and how you can give it to them. Testimonials extension is useful for both bloggers who share valuable information, and for web shops owners who tries to raise profit, for service providers who wants to win over competitors.

The Joomla! Testimonials extension by JoomPlace is a package with component, module and plugin you can use to make testimonial pages on your site, add testimonial module on certain pages of the your Joomla! site or add testimonial in any place of a content article using a tag.

You can choose whether new testimonials can be added by registered site users or all site visitors. New text can be added from front end user interface and by site administrators. You can enable captcha to protect yourself from spam.

It is possible to set up auto-approve of new feedbacks or notifications for administrator who will moderate the testimonial text. Testimonials can be managed by one or several assigned component managers from the front end user interface.

The Joomla! testimonials component comes with 6 predefined templates which can be viewed on our demo site. To match your site’s template you can easily change the styles of the module and the component’s pages by modifying the CSS files in template manager.

You can add custom fields to the customers’ feedback form.

The module that comes with the component gives a possibility to display testimonials on different pages of the site. You can set up timeouts for testimonials rotation and they will be demonstrated one by one creating a nice animated fade effect. You can set up the module to show a set of testimonials with certain tags for one certain page of the site.

Besides the testimonial itself you can choose whether to show or not author’ name and avatar, ‘Add new testimonial’ link. If you want to make a compact module with testimonials, it is possible to limit the symbols of text shown in the module, and to add ‘Read more’ link, using which users will be able to read full version of each testimonial.

Joomla testimonials component comes with the plugin has one additional feature that allows you to insert testimonials into any place of content article with a tag.
