New version of Live Conference is released

Besides the native Joomla 1.5 compatibility and bug fixing we’ve developed several new features that we hope will make the component more useful and user-friendly:

The list of components compatible with Joomla 1.5 native is expanded

We further develop the native compatibility for our components as realize that more and more people abandon Joomla 1.0.x, that’s why we will continuously do this further as well. Currently our Joomla 1.5 native components already include:

Requirements to licensing Joomla 1.5 native components have changed

While developing Joomla 1.5 native compatibility for the components we are also transferring them to Ioncube-encoding, hence if you need to upgrade or install the new components you’ll need to have the Ioncube loader installed on the site. You can check if Ioncube loader is available on your domain using our EForce License Manager component, that can be downloaded on the following page. Just install it using the standard Joomla install and launch it as a usual component.

Maintenance and 1st priority support services introduced

1st priority support service is introduced as a special service for customers who wish they get first priority support and best help possible within the shortest amount of time. In this case support and feedback is guaranteed within 4 hours (according to GMT+2 with working hours from 11-00 AM till 7 PM). Other support requests will be processed within 1 business day as it has always been.

Maintenance fee is introduced as a special service for customers who wish they get 1 Year Upgrades & Maintenance. By maintenance here we mean developing new features in the components besides the bug fixing at least 4 times a year. That means you get at least 4 new versions with guaranteed new features and options. So far maintenance fee will be developed for the following components (the list will be expanded soon):

Both services are optional so we leave the choice up to you whether to make use of them or not.

They will be available from the Members Area (if you already have the components purchased), and as an option when buying the component (if you are a new customer).

All purchases made till today will be regarded as per our old policy of free upgrades for a year since the date of purchase.
