Hello,

I purchased, downloaded and installed E-portfolio today, and get this error message when trying to access any part of the back-end:

This Joomla! version is not compatible with the component. The appropriate Joomla! version is 1.0.x.

I am running Joomla 1.5.0, and have enabled the System - Legacy plugin.

The filename I downloaded from my member area is:

J10x_com_eportfolio_1.1.5_27-11-2007_+_fireboard_1.0.1b.zip

Can you send me the correct file, or advise how to fix please?

Hi Bill!
Please, try downloading the component one more time with the Download link. It has been fixed. You should now get the correct version. If not, please, contact us.
Regards!

OK... that seems to have resolved it... I can see the panels now.

Thanks... I'll be away for 2 weeks... if anything else strange happens, it'll be a while before I get back.

Thanks, that's reassuring.

One more quick question before I go to bed.

I'm testing on my development system, and have enabled users to add themselves to classes... I've also registered as a test user, but can't see any menu item that will let me create the E-portfolio content.

Can you give me a hint how I can go about joining the class and creating an E-portfolio content.

I know I'm being a bit lazy, but I'm shortly going to bed, and am flying from Sydney to Frankfurt tomorrow, so any shortcut you can offer will be a bonus!

Regards,

:)BF

Belay that last request!

I've figured it out... I just added a new item to the main menu... time for bed, and thanks again.
