Hello there,

due to load issues, we have to run Kayako an our website on two different server machines. The doc_root of Kayako is not enterable in the "Kayako Path" field of JKayako Bridge Configuration.

How can this be solved?

Regards,

Dirk

Hello Dirk,

If "The doc_root of Kayako is not enterable in the "Kayako Path" field", it means Joomla! and Kayako are on different domains. So it's impossible to use Kayako's wrapping in Joomla! Iframe and the user's autologin won't work (because it's not possible to set the cookies for Kayako domain). It cannot be repaired.

Perhaps, there's a misunderstanding. So I'd like to mention what should be entered in the settings.
E.g., Kayako is mysite.tst/folder/kayaka/
Joomla! is mysite.tst/joomla/
Then "Kayako Path" will be the following: /folder/kayaka

Please ask, if you have further questions.
