Hi,

Bought the phpbridge and cb component 2 days ago. Phpbridge installed and works perfectuly.

I just can't install the cb component. Joomla tells me:
ERROR: Could not find a Joomla! XML setup file in the package.

I have seen the existens of the XML file, maybe it's not setup properly?

Any suggestions?

Thanks!<br /><br />Post edited by: lenny, at: 2007/05/06 23:19

Hello,

You should install a CB plugin in Components -> Community Builder -> Plugin Management -> \"Install New Plugin\" section. After installation Please resave settings of the plugin.

Best Regards
Anatolii

Thanks, i had discovered that in the meantime. Forgot to close the post!

Thanks very much for the fast respond!

I did run into a minor issue, though:
when a user logs in throught the default login form, user is auto logged in to forum.
But when loggin in through CB login, user is not logged into forum.

Is that an phpbridge issue or should i bark up the CB tree?

Thanks!

Hi,

Please verify value of the \"Enable Community Builder support\" parameter in PHPBB Bridge -> Configuration -> \"Bridge\" section. It should be \"Yes\".

Nicholas,

This means making sure parameter Enable Community Builder support is on.
Go to the administration area of the site, select Components - JoomPHPbb3 - Configuration - select Yes for parameter Enable Community Builder support.

Does this help you did you mean something else?
