I installed the JoomPHPBB bridge on my server as the instructions instructed how to do. When I click on the configuration tab, all I get is a series of links, none of which link. There are no form fields to actually set up the statistics, configuration, forum users, synchronization, and so on. All I have are a bunch of a links that don't go anywhere. See the attached screenshot. Please help!!

Would you be able to provide the admin access to your site? We need to find where the problem is to fix it. You can mail it to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it and also post in the message this thread's link so that we knew it's your trouble.

Hello Nicholas,

As a rule, there can be numerous reasons for such problems and it is quite difficult to say which of them you have.

In your ticket, you stated that error 500 arises.

The 500 Internal Server Error is a very general HTTP status code meaning something has gone wrong on a server hosting your website but the server could not specify the exact problem.

This problem may be caused by:

- A malformed php script
- An invalid folder in an .htaccess or other configuration file
- Limitation imposed by file system and server software (for example php log file size set to 10Mb)
- Missing php.ini (or cannot read php.ini file)
