I take the license file text between the

and paste it into my component and it doesn't recognize it as a valid license file. What can I do?
The administrator has disabled public write access.

it's most likely you're using a very old version of Multisites Site manager.
In your members area you should be able to find a new one (at the Download link). It's encoded with Ioncube, so you'll need to install an Ioncube loader on your server (if it's not done yet by your hoster) and upload this license with our License manager that you can find on the Requirements page together with instructions.
