TOPIC: dircetory access - flooding mails to users

dircetory access - flooding mails to users 9 years 4 months ago #10847

ANN: I send you urgent mails directly.
Again here because system is flooding our directory access users with mails after the account expires.

Probelm is: when directory access subscription of a user expires, then the user should be deleted from the subscription list. This is not happening. So system sends and floods teh user with mails trhat hi account is expired (which is normally correct). But still the user is subscribed you can see him in the Backend subscriptions. So he gots mails flooded until we delete him manually.

This error / bug only occurs to directory access subscribers. All other subscriptions are still ok and working.

We have to disable all directory access pages now , until the bug can be fixed.

Thanks and regards
Frank
