TOPIC: Checklist viewing issue

Checklist viewing issue 3 years 10 months ago #24671

I have downloaded and installed checklist free to create some very simple checklists for our site. I can create the checklists, but on the front end they are only visible on the front end by the user that was designated as the author under the publications tab. I would like the checklist to be visible by all users (with the same access permissions). When I try to view a check list authored by a different user I get a SQL 1064 error... Am I missing a setting?

Hi Clint,

please check the visibility settings in Checklist. To make the checklist visible to all users, please select the appropriate user group in List Permissions tab.

Kind regards

I have checked this setting. It was set to the appropriate group, but went ahead and opened it to public... same thing happens... only the user that created the checklist can see it.

Hi Clint,

there are User Checklists and Available checklists. Please make sure that your CheckList is available and not expired.

If the issue persists, feel free to create a HelpDesk ticket.

Kind regards
