TOPIC: error when trying to create a new page

error when trying to create a new page 1 year 4 months ago #26106

Hi

I am trying to create multiple magazines but when I try to create the 1st page I get an error:
"in order to create a new page, filter by required publication first"

I have created the publication, created the media folder as specified, uploaded images to the media folder.

I am working on my local server prior to working on the live site.

also the top tabs in publication don't work, all of the tabbed options show up on one page.

With Thanks

how long does it take to get a response....?

compared to other vendors that I purchase from this is an unacceptable time frame for a response. almost 24 hours and nothing?

Hello Rishaad,

Thanks for your message.

This is a community forum to communicate with other users. If you have an urgent question or issue, please, submit a ticket in Helpdesk.

As stated in the message you get, it's required to select publication in the filter before creating a new page. Please, select the necessary book in the filter on the left side, then proceed with adding new pages.

Should you have further questions, feel free to submit a helpdesk ticket.
