hi im reinstalling this component. Im sure i followed all the steps or i think i have but i keep on geeting a nlank page with this message:

Have I missed a step?

Could you please go through the online manual www.joomplace.com/video-tutorials-and-do...op/configuration.htm to make sure you've configured the component correctly?
Should this not help, we would appreciate temporary access to Joomla admin console so we can investigate the issue.

Hi faruk, any updates if there were progress so far? A priority support might also be a good option for you.

Actually yes it was an installation error on my part. Might consider priority support whenever there are promotions from joomplace :)
