By looking at the options it looks like custom fields should be viewable in the category view, is that correct? If it is then it's not working for me. If it's not true then is there a way to add it?

Also a feature request would be to add new items from the front end.

Hello Richard,

Would you be so kind to explain what exactly you are asking about?

Do you mean you don't want the fields to be visible in the category view? If so, there is the option Show in Category which allows you to choose whether to show a particular field in category or not.

I will try a condensed version.

Wanted to use custom fields in category view
Does not show up
Did not play nice with my template
Used K2 instead

Hello Richard,

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by the spam message. The point is that we banned some words from usage due to the large number of spammers coming regularly to the forum.

However, it is strange to hear you saying that your message looked like spam since the banned words mainly deal with porn/wholesale-related issues.

Anyway, please accept our apologies. I'll double check the limitations.

Have you any further questions with regards to our component? Is there any assistance needed from our end?
