Hi!

We are a small company that makes Joomla sites. Our client wants to have a video/audio conference tool that is integrated in to a joomla site's intranet, so that he/she can easily see who is logged in intranet and make a conference based on that. Is this right tool for that?

We noticed that it needs a flash media server licence in addition to live conference license. You said in your webpage that we can order it from your sister company. Can you help us to get this licence and setup the flash media server on our web host, if we choose to buy your joomla plug-in subscription? Do you charge something for that? We have a joomla site already running, where we would install the extension.

Thank you for your interest.

Overall Live Conference suits your requirements, but we wouldn't say that it's the best option. You can install it on an intranet Joomla-based website and use for conferences, but note that the component won't show who is online.

The support team would help you configure the FMS account free of charge provided that you purchase it from their company. I mean that you can actually purchase an FMS account from any other company, but in this case they will be of no help.

If it's of any interest to you, we would rather recommend using Windows Office Communicator. It's a much better solution for an internal website.
