File extension (or format) is a particular way that information is encoded for storage in a file, e.g. text.doc, image.jpg etc.

The point is that you uploaded a file having a format not supported by the component. Please mind that only the following file types are allowed in the component: .jpg, .jpeg, .png, .gif, .swf. Mind also that only low register symbols are supported, e.g. a file should bear name image.jpg, not image.JPG.

If something still remains unclear, you are welcome to contact us for further details.
