TOPIC: Front End - add a memorial page error

Front End - add a memorial page error 5 years 7 months ago #21852

When attempting to Add a New Memorial from the frontend I keep getting the following response from the server:

<begin>

Not Found

The requested URL /add-memorial/form/0/edit.html&cid= was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache Server at #server-website#.org Port 80

<end>

Please note that I can add the memorial with the exact same information given from the Admin portal. I did not see this error listed on the forum prior to this. Could this be something with the permissions on my server, or the website being listed as 'Offline' while I build it?

Thanks.

Hi Matthew,

Does the error occur when you try to add a memorial through the front-end memorials manager or simply when pressing the Add New button while browsing other items?

Ideally, it would be great if you could arrange temporary admin access to your site so we can see the problem for ourselves.

Feel free to submit a private ticket through helpdesk.
