For the long term plans it is very convenient to divide the plan into several stages. Once you complete all stages your plan becomes automatically accomplished. Stages help you to define the exact steps that are to be planned to accomplish your global plan.  

So if you decide to go with stages, make sure you create enough of them to cover all plan.

 

To view the stages for a particular plan, go to the plans list, click the name of the needed plan, and then click the Stages tab.

This section displays the stages you created yourself on the FE or those added for your plan by an administrator:

 

Create a new stage
1.Click Add stage.
2.In the open form, complete the following information (fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required):

Title - type the name for your new stage.

TIPS & TRICKS

You can have several stages with the same name, but it's recommended to use different names for your convenience.

 

Description - type in the description for this stage.
Plan - from the drop-down list, select the plan to assign this stage to.
Date - set the date when you plan to complete this stage; use the Calendar () icon to select the date.

 

3.Click Save to create the stage.

 

Edit an existing stage

You can edit the stages you created as well as the stages assigned to you by an administrator:

1.Open Plans section.
2.Click the name of the plan where the needed stage belongs to.
3.Click Stages.
4.Click Edit next to the stage you want to modify.
5.In the open form, make the needed changes; for details, see Stage creation form.
6.Save the changes.
