For each stage you can create several tasks. These tasks are hierarchically smaller than the stages. For your convenience you can create daily tasks for each stage. Once you complete all tasks your stage is automatically completed.

So when you create tasks, make sure you create enough of them to cover all stage.


To view the tasks for a particular stage, go to the plans list, click the name of the needed plan, and then click the Tasks tab.

This section displays the tasks you created yourself on the FE or those added for your plan by an administrator:


Create a new task
1.Click Add Task.
2.In the open form, complete the following information (fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required):

Title - type the name for your new task.


You can have several tasks with the same name, but it's recommended to use different names for your convenience.


Description - type in the description for this task.
Date - set the date when you plan to complete this task; use the Calendar () icon to select the date.
Result - specify the current task value gained up to this moment.


Both integers and fractional numbers can be used for values. 


Stage - from the drop-down list, select the plan to assign this task to.
Status - leave the status as Not complete for the newly created task. You can change the status to Complete anytime later when you accomplish the task.


You can have several user fields with the same name, but it's recommended to use different names for your convenience.



3.Click Save to create the task.


Edit an existing task

You can edit the tasks you created as well as the tasks assigned to you by an administrator. Use this option to change the status of your task after you complete it.

1.Open Plans section.
2.Click the name of the plan where the needed task belongs to.
3.Click Tasks.
4.Click Edit next to the task you want to modify.
5.In the open form, make the needed changes; for details, see Task creation form.
6.Save the changes.
